Executive Development Statement of Work – Women’s Executive Leader Lab (WELL) for aspiring women executives

Context

The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer is requesting an industry expert and facilitator to address NASA’s most senior leadership cadre on timely, relevant topics of interest in support of their continued learning and development. This development opportunity is target to women aspiring and current executives, content should be designed to meet their unique needs and challenges as leaders include but limited to:

· Responding effectively under stress, pressure, and personal challenges

· Amplifying their personal influence across the organization

· Increase their contextual awareness

· Lead boldly, despite social stereotypes and public perception

Deliverables

Deliverables for this task include:

• A facilitated 4-day course customized to the target audience and their unique challenges – up to

20 participants for each course

• 360-degree feedback for each participant

• Executive coaching – up to 3 hours for each participant

• All course materials

• All travel costs

Place of Performance

June 12-15, 2023 at Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dates may be modified based on unforeseen circumstances and will be discussed/established in partnership with our contractor partner.

Period of Performance

One year from date of task award
