SUBCONTRACTOR

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

FOR

Schneider Electric Maintenance and Technical Support

Date: March 8, 2023

1. Technical Scope

1.1 Overview

This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the scope and deliverables for Schneider to provide maintenance and technical support for our Schneider Electric Power Logic Supervisory Control and Data (SCADA) system and our Power Monitoring Expert system for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS) facility.

The scope of work includes onsite maintenance visits, remote technical support and training. These systems are critical to monitoring and data reporting of the electrical infrastructure throughout the NCCIPS campus.

This project will be accomplished through the services of an SAIC subcontractor to complete the deliverables with specified scope described in Section 1.2.

1.2 Engineering Deliverables

This section describes the deliverables required. The subcontractor’s response should include proposed pricing for the required deliverables and their proposed delivery dates. The response must have detailed explanation of cost with breakdown of estimated man hours and cost associated with labor, including providing the basis of these estimates. The following are the required deliverables:

The format of the response expected to this SOW is provided in Appendix A.

1.3 Non-Disclosure Requirements

This project will require the establishment and implementation of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy. All key subcontractor personnel will be required to sign NDA forms and abide by all NDA requirements.

This project will require all electronic and hardcopy documents used and developed by the subcontracted electrical engineer to be securely maintained. All drawings and other documents developed by the subcontracted electrical engineer must be labeled as “Sensitive But Unclassified.”

At the end of this contract, electronic copies of all drawings and documents delivered to or developed by the subcontracted electrical engineer are to be submitted to SAIC.

1.4 Assumptions

The following assumptions apply to this SOW:

• All deliverables will be reviewed by SAIC subject matter experts.

• All deliverables require SAIC and NASA approval.

1.5 Applicable Standards

The subcontractor will comply with all local, state and federal standards and adhere to generally accepted engineering standards and principles, and NCCIPS/NASA standards.

2. Period of Performance

The subcontractor will provide a schedule of the proposed delivery date for each deliverable. This schedule will be reviewed and approved by SAIC.

The period of performance of this SOW is from the award of the engineering contract through completion of all work as described.

This maintenance contract will be effective 02/28/2023 through 02/28/2024.

3. Security

United States citizenship is required to gain access into the NASA Stennis Space Center and into the

NCCIPS data center. Proof of citizenship will be required to be presented for on-site work that requires entry into Zone A.
