Results Driven:

All Participants in our Media Training course improve in their ability to communicate. The techniques that we employ produce results that are immediate, measurable, and long lasting.

Participants are able to more efficiently develop and communicate important messages using our message development tools and strategies. They also gain confidence in making decisions and taking risks. Indeed, we stress the importance of becoming active in the communications arenas.

Our Media Training techniques are designed to become embedded in the minds of participants so that they can quickly recall and utilize the communications skills that they are developing and/or improving. The added dimension is our use of video recording and playback in order for participants to benefit more fully from our expert coaching.

Building Coalitions:

The building and maintaining of relationships rises and falls on COMMUNICATIONS. This is the area in which relationships are built or destroyed.

Our Media Training course is rich with effective ways to develop and communicate positive messages designed to provide important information and/or calls for action.

Participants will become keenly aware that the process of communications happens all the time. Indeed, even to choose not to communicate is to communicate. The only decision a leader, follower, or potential ally gets to make is how to make communications effective.

The Ollison Elsberg Associates Media Training Course posits that effective communications is the substance and the glue of successful relationships, organizations, agencies, governments, nations. The power of positive communication is invaluable to advancing good causes and putting down bad ones.
