About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for a sole-source bridge contract for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) support services. The DIA is currently under a gap in service as the previous contract with Integrity Technology Service, Inc. (ITS) recently expired. The DIA intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to ITS for a period of up to four months to allow time for the evaluation and award of a follow-on contract. ITS is uniquely qualified to provide the required TS/SCI cleared staff to continue providing ESS services, which include access control, intrusion detection, and closed-circuit television systems. The estimated value of the bridge contract is $670,000. The DIA is accepting capability statements or proposals from other responsible sources, but a decision not to compete the requirement is solely at the government's discretion.
