Text version

3D Atomic Diffusion Additive Manufacturing (ADAM) Printer System Salient Characteristics

• System must be new

• The system shall print metal powder bound in polymer and sinter into a full-density metal part

• The system shall have the ability to support overhangs by metal structure, physically separated with ceramic interface

• The system shall have a continuous wash system to allow maximum throughput- allow users to add and remove parts at any point in the cycle to avoid bottlenecks and improve efficiency

• The system shall utilize supports that are removable by hand after sintering

• The system shall utilize bound metal powder - minimal environmental health safety requirements

• The system shall run 100% disconnected from the internet, including slicing software

• The system shall use commoditized wash solvent for ease of accessibility

• The system will utilize a sintering process of fusing particles together into one solid mass by a combination of pressure and heat without melting the materials

• Includes licensed file processing software to operate the machines.

• Contractor shall include training for the start-up and operation for minimum of (4) individuals

• Machine start-up to include assembling any components, testing, and operational run as required by manufacturer.
