About this file

This document is a Salient Characteristics Commercial Availability Certification that defines the minimum technical requirements for a Ferroelectric Test System to be procured under the related federal contract opportunity.

The key details are:

The contractor shall provide a Ferroelectric Test System with the following minimum characteristics: frequency range to 250 kHz, minimum pulse widths of 1 microsecond, output range of +/-30V, polarization measurement under AC and DC magnetic fields, 18-bit resolution, capture rate of 0.5 microseconds, simultaneous capture of polarization and output voltage, charge sensitivity as low as 1 femtocoulomb, hysteresis loop frequency up to 250 kHz, minimum of two channel options for controlling high voltage amplifiers, provision of two external inputs with a range of +/- 10V, and user interface software. Shipping and handling to the Adelphi Lab Center is also required. The related federal contract opportunity is a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside for One (1) Ferroelectric Test System, solicitation number W911QX24Q0151.
