I have evaluated the commercial marketplace and determined that all of the salient characteristics documented below are available in products/services offered in the commercial marketplace.

Maximum specific power: six (6) kilowatts per kilogram (kW/kg)

Maximum speed: 20,000 Revolutions Per Minute (rpm)
Interface with a gearbox: axial flux design
Efficiency: 95 and above (95+) percentage (%)
Power in/out interface: 28 voltage direct current (VDC)

The Contractor shall deliver the described items FOB Destination to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005.
