About this file
This document is a Salient Characteristics specification for deployable loading ramps for Tyndall Air Force Base. The specification requires the purchase of two compact, rapidly deployable loading ramps with a maximum capacity of 50 tons (100,000 pounds), designed for base and tenant units to load and unload wheeled equipment. The ramps must feature a free-standing, self-supporting aluminum or metal frame, with an integrated lift mechanism that can adjust height from 42" to 58", ensuring stability and precise alignment with loading surfaces. Additional key requirements include a compact folding design that fits within a 463L pallet footprint, movability with a 10K standard forklift, and a surface with traction features for various weather conditions. The vendor will provide a one-year warranty, and delivery/installation is specified for the 325th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, with a preferred delivery timeline of no later than one week prior to shipment.
