The system must be a complete integrated solution including equipment, software, installation, and onsite training. The UV LED Screen Exposure System component requires a 23" x 31" screen frame with high-output high-density LEDs, floor stand, and 110V single-phase power at 60HZ with 12Amp maximum capacity. The unit must be UL/NRTL listed, feature a fully enclosed heavy steel cabinet, automatic shutoff when the blanket frame opens, flexible blanket material, and an optically clear glass plate. The operator interface must include a touch screen for setting vacuum and exposure times between 0.1 and 999.9 seconds, job recall settings, and automatic exposure initiation once defined vacuum pressure is reached. The system must have gas shocks for opening and closing and self-contained design. The Thermal Image Setter component must deliver a 14" x 20.5" image area at 1200 DPI resolution with 70 square feet per hour image speed operating on 110V AC. It requires RIP software for computer integration, USB 2.0 compatible input, support for Postscript, TIFF, PDF, EPS, and JPG data formats, accuracy of +/- 0.01%, use of thermoimpression film without ink, toner, or chemicals.
