EndoInspect Lumen Inspection System or Equal
Description: Two (2) Testers, Endoscope, Microscopic with onsite initial training.
1. Technical Characteristics
• Shall have 11" - 15" Screen Monitor base unit.
• Monitor must be touchscreen.
• Monitor must be mobile and not mounted to the wall.
• Must have tabletop Monitor Stand with scope shaft holder.
• Monitor system and borescopes must be certified and water resistant, safe for use in decontamination and wet environments.
• Must be able to submerge borescope in water.
• Borescopes must be clearly marked for quick user identification.
• Must not require software to save images or video.
• Must be able to capture and recall images and videos.
• Must have zoom capabilities.
• Shall have adjustable flex-n-stay scope holder system.
• Must have ergonomic light weight scope body design.
• Must have Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) video scopes in
1.9mm x 100-190cm and 1.2mm x 100-190cm.
• Must Have micro fiberscopes in .8mm x 80cm.
• All borescope models purchased must be common to one monitor system.
• Must have automatic scope Led light.
• Borescope probe must easily be detached for cleaning and sterilization.
• Must be able to be sterilized using low temperature sterilizer systems to include
STERRAD and STERIS V-PRO.
• Must provide training to SPD staff.
• Must provide operators/owner's manual.
• Must provide at least a one-year warranty.
• Equipment Shall be new and NOT be used or refurbished.
2. Training
• Shall include Onsite Training to 15 each SPD staff on use of Microscopic Endoscope Tester.
• Shall include Training for two clinical engineers.
3. Delivery Information
• Vendor must notify the Technical Representative 3-business days before delivery of equipment.
• Delivery schedule is Monday- Friday, 8am to 3pm MST, NO weekends or holidays.
• Vendor shall ensure to clearly display the Contract number on all shipping labels and displayed on outside of package(s).
• Vendor shall provide delivery/tracking information to the Technical
Representative as soon as it is assigned. Signature shall be required for delivery.
• Technical representative must certify the instrument cycle meets all specifications at the completion of work.
• Delivery shall be no later than 90 calendar days after contract award.
