About this file
This document outlines the salient characteristics for an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) test flow system and provides details on a related sole source federal contract opportunity. The system must be able to generate and log digital test stimuli for government prototype microchips at 100 MHz across 32 individually clocked channels. It requires built-in per-pin measurement units to force and measure voltages and currents on a scale of 3.3V to 1.2V. The system needs automated testing capabilities via software interfaces like MATLAB and Python for repeatable measurements. It must also be able to export raw test data with configurations in Microsoft Excel or DIAdem format. The sole source contract from the Department of the Army seeks one such ASIC test flow system to meet the outlined specifications.
