About this file

The document is a Salient Characteristics Commercial Availability Certification, which outlines the minimum requirements for one (1) Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and one (1) Inertial Measurements Units (IMU) system.

The GNSS system must be equipped with multiple GNSS constellations and frequencies, support Real-Time Kinematics (RTK), Precise Point Positioning, and Differential GPS, have a data output rate of 20 Hz or greater, and be capable of integrating with the IMU. The IMU system must be a mid-grade tactical unit with Fiber Optic Gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers, have a minimum data rate of 200 Hz, and be capable of 9-36 VDC input.

This Salient Characteristics document is related to a 100% Small Business Set-Aside federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number W911QX24Q0168) issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground for the procurement of the integrated GNSS and IMU receiver.
