About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice for two (2) versatile and multi-channel data acquisition systems and supporting accessories. The Army Research Directorate (ARD) of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is seeking qualified sources, including small businesses, to provide systems meeting specific salient characteristics. These include a minimum of 8 individual and electrically isolated acquisition channels, 24-bit or better analog-to-digital converters, BNC connections, integrated signal conditioning, and a maximum data sampling rate of 40 kS/s or better. The systems must have a small form factor for portability, with a weight not exceeding 1000 grams and dimensions of no more than 5.5 cm x 20 cm x 12 cm. Responses are due by 4:00 PM EST on April 24, 2024, and should address the extent to which the specifications can be met, the type of business, small business status, and past experience/performance.
