1. Power supply shall have a rating of 216 kilowatts (kW) at 500 Volts Direct Curent.
2. Power supply shall have four (4) modules each rated at 54 kW at 500 VDC.
3. One (1) cabinet unit shall house all four (4) individual power supply modules.
4. Four (4) modules shall be reconfigurable within the cabinet to allow for parallel/series configurations to achieve higher DC voltage (1000 VDC, 2000 VDC) at the same rated total power of 216 kW.
5. Cabinet shall include sufficient air cooling to operate at its rated power and voltage. Exahust heat can be safely dissipiated into the lab space area.
6. One (1) Marechal DS4 plug, one (1) Marechal DS4 socket, and one cable rated for 400 A shall be provided. The plug and cable shall be preassembled and integrated with the cabinet. The product specifications for the Marechal DS4 plug and socket shall be provided. The cable shall have a minimum length of five (5) meters (m).
7. Each power supply module shall include an integrated Controller Area Network (CAN) multiprotocol interface.
8. Each power supply module shall include an integrated safety relay.
9. The cabinet shall have an emergency stop “mushroom” type button connected to the integrated safety relays. Cabinet shall be capable of being integrated to the existing laboratory safety interlock system.
10. The Contractor shall provide all equipment specifications, schematics, illustrated parts breakdowns (IPBs), operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety data sheets (SDSs), and relevant documents to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), no later than time of delivery.
11. Delivery shall be made no later than 22-24 weeks after time of award and shall be made to:
