About this file
This document is a Salient Characteristics Amendment for a federal contract opportunity. It details the minimum characteristics required for four (4) Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) and four (4) Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) integrated receiver systems.
The GNSS system must be equipped with multiple global navigation satellite constellations and frequencies, support Real-Time Kinematic and other positioning capabilities, have a data output rate of at least 20 Hz, and include anti-jam/anti-spoofing technology. The IMU system must use fiber optic gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers with specific performance parameters, have a minimum 200 Hz data rate, and integrate with the GNSS receiver.
The related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number W911QX24Q0168, is a 100% small business set-aside for the procurement of these GNSS and IMU systems. The solicitation is being issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command, Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground.
