Signature (typed name): To Be Named At Award Technical Point of Contact (TPOC)

The Government requires one (1) Robotic Arm with Gripper for use in laboratory research automation which meets the following technical specifications:

1. Must be a six (6) axis robot arm with a working radius of no more than 900 millimeters (mm).

2. Must not weigh more than 25 kilograms (kg).

3. Must contain at least one (1) Universal Serial Bus (USB) two-point-zero (2.0) and one (1) USB three-point-zero (3.0) ports to allow connectivity to other electronic devices to retrieve data.

4. Must have a payload of no less than five (5) kg.

5. The platform must contain a no-code solution, Graphical User Interface (GUI)-based operation, connected via cable to robotic arm with cable length of at least four-point-five (4.5) meters.

6. If robotic arm contains Bluetooth capability, it must be able to be turned off while robotic arm is in use.

7. Must have Joint range +/- 360 degrees for wrist joint, elbow joint, shoulder joint, and base joint.

8. Must have Pose Repeatability: +/- 0.03 mm, with payload, per International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9283 or better.

9. Must have operational temperature range of 0-50°Celcius.

10. Must have force sensing precision of at least three-point-five (3.5) Newton (N) with accuracy of at least four (4) N.

11. Must have torque sensing precision of at least zero-point-two (0.2) Newton meter (Nm) with accuracy of at least zero-point-three (0.3) Nm.

12. Must comply with European Standard (EN ISO) 13849-1 (Performance Level (PL) D- Category 3) and EN ISO 10218-1.

13. Must have Ingress Protection (IP) classification: IP54; ISO Class Cleanroom: 6

14. Must comply with Ethernet connectivity to hook up to network. If WiFi capable, it must allow for WiFi to be turned off while in use.

15. Power supply cable must be at minimum six (6) meters in length to support power consumption of approximately 200 watts and no more than 570 watts. Power supply must support 100 to 240 volts at alternating current (VAC).

16. Must have a warranty of no less than 15 months after receipt of robotic arm.
