| Instructions for attachment 1a- | ||
| Offerors will complete tabs, by typed response, only in the BLUE cells of each tab. | ||
| All proposed items will be priced by offerors in the solicitation- | ||
| "Section B - Schedule of Supplies-Services", Price Matrix. | ||
| No pricing should be entered on the tabs of this document. | ||
| Band 8 - Band 13 tabs: | ||
| -Complete each of the six (6) Usage Bands (UB) tabs herein, proposing one 1 basic | ||
| configuration device for each, as their response to Section 1.2 of the Statement of Work. | ||
| Multiple devices are not acceptable. (see attachment 1b- [Configuration Options] for Basic configuration Description) | ||
| -Rows 5 through 14 are spaces to propose one appropriate device for each usage band | ||
| and the required narrative regarding print controller integration. (from sections 1.2/1.7 in SOW) | ||

| -Next indicate Yes or No as to whether or not the device proposed can/cannot meet the | ||

| as well as proposing additional add-on components (binding options), and a removable | ||
