SF30 CONTINUATION SHEET
The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received from industry in response to RFQ S5121A23Q0004 for DCMA Vehicle Toll Management Services:
Question #1: Is there an incumbent contract or contractor associated to the requirement. If any, please provide the contractor’s name and contract number.
Answer #1: There is no incumbent. This is a new requirement.
Question #2: With regards to Attachment 1 (Price and Schedule Spreadsheet) to the RFQ, does the Toll Authority Fees CLIN/s include the actual toll charges?
Answer #2: Yes.
Question #3: If the toll service being provided has hardware and monthly services fees, which CLIN/s are those to be included within?
Answer #3: CLINs 0004, 1004 and 2004 were added so that interested offerors can enter any fees that are directly related to these CLINs.
Question #4: Since the Violation Fees CLINs is an unknown quantity and is not easily forecasted, how do you want this to be handled?
Answer #4: CLINs 0002, 1002 and 2002 have been changed to priced CLINs since DCMA entered a “Not to Exceed” amount for these CLINs, whereby the contractor is required to alert the Contracting Officer and COR when the invoiced amount hits 80% of the NTE CLIN amounts.
Update section 3.5, 2nd sentence from: “The online account shall contain monthly status reports identifying tolls, fees, violations, and costs associated with device replacements/new devices” to:
“The online account shall contain monthly status reports identifying tolls, fees, violations, and costs associated with devices to include device replacements and new devices.”
Update Attachment 1 “Price and Schedule” Spreadsheet to add CLINs 0004, 1004 and 2004, and to capture the changes made in CLINs 0002, 1002 and 2002, in that, they are now NTE Priced CLINs and do not need to be priced by the offeror.
