About this file
This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for snow removal services at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. The amendment replaces Attachment A with a corrected version, clarifies the minimum equipment availability in the statement of work, and provides answers to questions submitted by interested parties.
The solicitation seeks fixed monthly pricing for snow removal and salting services from October through April. The contractor must be available 24/7 and on-site within one hour of notification to remove 1/4 inch or more of snow or address icy conditions. A minimum of two pickup trucks with salters, three skid loaders with snow blowers, two front-end loaders, and one front-end loader with pusher box are required. The closing date remains August 12, 2020. The previous incumbent performed similar services under contract VA69D-15-C-0303 from 2015 to present.
