INFORMATION NEEDED:

1. Can the Project Superintendent be the QCM and SSHO? If not, can the superintendent QCM or SSHO?

Roles of Superintendent and Quality Control Manager (QCM) may be performed by one individual provided they meet the contract specification requirements and are submitted for approval as such.

Due to the nature of the bid submission being handed or mailed in, we kindly request an extension of at least one day to December 23rd to allow us to mail our bid out on the business day before it is due. With the bid due on Monday, it presents additional challenges in sending our proposal on Friday December 19th, like the possibility of last-minute pricing changes over the weekend.

If there is no potential for consideration of an extension, we kindly request the acceptance of email submissions.

No extensions will be granted. The due date for bids remains December 22. Emailed bids is not authorized.

4. Could you please confirm whether we should disregard the previous postings and attachments for this project (e.g., those from 10/30/25 and 11/20/25) and only use the most recent posting and attachments dated 12/01/25? The 11/20/25 posting included numerous documents under attachments/links that we have already downloaded. Should those still be referenced, or should we rely solely on the latest materials? There were many 'informational' documents posted previously that are not included with this most recent posting dated 12/1/25). Please provide clarification. Thank you.

100% Bid Documents and 100% Design Narrative have been uploaded to sam.gov, all other documents should still be referenced.

5. During our review of the bid documents downloaded from the Sam.gov site, we identified a potential discrepancy regarding the project drawings.

The Master Specification (shown below) includes a list of drawings that are specified as part of the bid documents.

However, upon downloading all associated attachments from the Sam.gov site opportunity page, we were unable to locate the specific drawing files referenced in the specification Please advise. Thank you.

100% Bid Documents and 100% Design Narrative have been uploaded to sam.gov

6. Are there concrete connection repairs on this project?

The work is local to the tendon path within the beam, so it includes localized concrete repair at openings. PT tendon repair with local concrete patching.
