Response time counting begins once a certified Bruker engineer diagnoses the system and recommends a visit (remote diagnosis) or after customer call reception (no remote diagnosis possible). Service response excludes weekends, company, and local public holidays. On-site response times are dependent on the timely arrival of travel visas and parts. Customer must receive a Bruker quote for non-covered products and place a purchase order in reference to this before any onsite work can be initiated.
