Attachment B Salient Characteristics

· Formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) pretreatment reagents must be 100% compatible with VP2000HER-2 and UroVysion probes must be FDA-approved and compatible with VP2000 Processor.

· Probes must be 100% compatible with VA owned ThermoBrite system and its hybridization programs.

· HER-2 and UroVysion probes must be FDA-approved and 100% compatible with VA owned equipment, VP2000 Processor and not void service and maintenance of the current VA-owned Abbott Thermobrite system and its hybridization programs.

· Pricing must include handling, HAZMAT, dry ice and shipping fees (when applicable).
