About this file
This document outlines a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for landscaping and grounds maintenance services. The QASP specifies performance objectives and standards for maintaining improved and semi-improved grounds, trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers, and irrigation systems. It also outlines pest control and policing of grounds for trash and litter. Contractors will be evaluated periodically according to these standards, with incentives for favorable performance evaluations and disincentives such as unfavorable evaluations or potential termination for repeated violations. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 36C24821Q0015 from the Department of Veterans Affairs for FY21 lawn care services in Lee County. The QASP provides a framework for evaluating contractor performance on this landscaping and grounds maintenance contract.
