About this file

This is a Wage Determination Memo attachment that establishes prevailing wage requirements for the "Boots on the Ground Services for Community Program Support" contract (Solicitation Number 36C26126Q0975). The memo documents the prevailing wage rates and classifications applicable to contractor personnel providing outreach, needs assessment, and resource connection services for Veterans in Hawaii, the continental U.S., and U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands under the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 21.

The wage determination memo serves as an attachment to the solicitation documents and establishes mandatory prevailing wage compliance requirements that contractors must incorporate into their labor cost proposals and staffing plans. This attachment ensures that all personnel performing work under the contract meet federal prevailing wage standards, which is a critical compliance component for federal service contracts. Contractors responding to this solicitation must reference the specific wage rates and job classifications outlined in this memo when calculating labor costs and determining compensation for positions such as community outreach coordinators, veterans' service representatives, and other support roles necessary to execute the Community Program in Innovative Veterans Healthcare (CPIVH) mission.
