Power outlet installation requires conduit and conductor installation per specifications with life safety and critical equipment branch wiring routed in separate raceways. All penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors must be sealed and certified per ASTM E814 Standards. Telecommunications outlets must be flush-mounted at +18 inches from floor centerline, except when surface-mounted with exposed conduit or in concrete walls. The contractor is responsible for all wall, floor, ceiling, and roof damage caused by installation work, including patching to match original construction, fire rating, and finish.
