Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1) and VAAR 819.7007, with reference to FAR 13.106- 1(b)(1)(i), the Government anticipates entering sole-source procurement negotiations with GULDMANN, INC, for the Purchase and installation of patient ceiling lift rail equipment for Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, 5000 W National Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53295-0004.

Any other business or person may identify their interest and capability in fulfilling this requirement by responding to this Notice by e-mail to sylvia.iloh@va.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, Friday June 26, 2026. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document is available currently.
