About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, in support of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The solicitation number is 36C25026Q0373, with an offer due date of March 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM EDT. The acquisition is unrestricted and conducted under FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial products and commercial services.
The VA seeks to procure and install an additional Omnicell automated dispensing cabinet and associated accessories for the Primary Care Clinic at Cincinnati VA Medical Center, which is expanding into a larger space. The procurement includes four line items: ten metal locking drawers (MED-DRW-009), one MED 1-Cell Cabinet XTE 2.0 solution with extended console, scanner, and software licenses (MED-FRM-501), one Premium Win10 Package with 120-month subscription term (MSA-SUB-006), and one XT FlexLock with 50-foot cable installed (SRD-OPT-012). This is a brand-name-only procurement justified by the facility's existing Omnicell infrastructure and the need for seamless system integration to avoid workflow bottlenecks. The solicitation specifies Firm-Fixed-Price terms with FOB Destination delivery to Cincinnati VA Medical Center at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220, with delivery timeframes ranging from one to ten days after receipt of order. Invoicing shall be submitted electronically after receipt, inspection, and acceptance of equipment. The Government will evaluate offers on a lowest-price-technically-acceptable basis and award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
