Works, if such approval is required.

If applicable, the bidder’s bid shall contain an explicit statement, signed by an authorized representative of the parent organization, stating that the parent organization will guarantee the performance of the subsidiary.

4.16.4 A parental guarantee of the performance of the bidder under this Section will not automatically result in crediting the bidder with the experience or qualifications of the parent under any evaluation criteria pertaining to the actual bidder’s experience and qualifications.

Instead, the bidder’s responsibility will be assessed to the extent to which the State determines that the experience and qualifications of the parent are applicable to and shared with the bidder, any stated intent by the parent to be directly involved in the performance of the Contract, and the value of the parent’s participation as determined by the State.
