Q5. We are aware that the threshold limit to qualify as a Small Business will be changing shortly after the first of next year, 2012. At present, we meet the qualifications for a small business. If we submit our proposal to meet the submission due date this year and we exceed the revenue limit to qualify as a small business for the next year, is our proposal still valid? In other words, will our status as a small business be determined based by the date of proposal submission or at the time of contract award?
A5. Your company would need to be listed as a Small Business entity in the Central Contractor Registration located at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ at the time of the proposal submission and time of contract award.
Q6. Is the Air Force still looking to fulfill Contracting Responsibilities for HUBzone, SDB, small business, historically black college or universities, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB as mentioned in the 1st solicitation but not in the changed/current one? If any of these Contracting Responsibilities are still being sought, which ones/or all?

Q7. Criteria Paragraph (2) SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE. - SF330, Part 1, Block F-identify key personnel in Section G - Isn’t this the reason for having Section G-to identify who worked on which projects?
