About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Russ Bassett Slatwall Consoles contract at Kadena Air Base. The contractor will provide comprehensive services including a kick-off meeting, design review, equipment order and shipment, installation, optimization and operational readiness, training, and system testing for the proposed slatwall console solution.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for a sole source procurement of the Russ Bassett Slatwall Consoles. The intention is to award the contract to Russ Bassett due to their approved systems already in place at Kadena Air Base. The solution addresses the unique requirements found in Air Traffic Control Radar rooms, including precision manufacturing, durable construction, and application-specific design and mounting accessories. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration. The acquisition is to replace existing end-of-life/end-of-service equipment with a firm-fixed-price purchase order for supplies and installation.
