About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to understand contractor capability, market availability, technical characteristics, cost, and functionality of Information Technology (IT) tools, applications, or products capable of satisfying the requirements for three Link 16 Ground Support Stations (GSS) for the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
The RFI describes the requirements for two fixed GSS sites and one transportable GSS node. The fixed sites will support F-15SG and F-16 operations, while the transportable node will be utilized at various sites. All three nodes must integrate with existing LVT-1 BU-2 terminals and Type 1 Encryptors provided as Government Furnished Equipment. AFLCMC is requesting capability statements and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price for the procurement, implementation, and support of the three GSSs. Responses are due by 1600 hours Eastern Time on May 22, 2024, and should not exceed 15 pages. The government will not pay for any costs associated with responding to this RFI.
