The CONTRACTOR will provide, at a minimum, ten (10) pick-up trucks (7 primary units and three 3 spare units) Note, this is a minimum. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for determining the necessary number of units to maintain confinuous services during prescribed coverage hours.
Answer: Yes, this is for all of the I-4 and I-95 coverage areas. As stated in the scope, this is the required minimum, as more may be necessary to cover the hours required.
2.) The Scope of Services does not include SR-528 however the Standard Operafing Guidelines (SOG) and Introducfion does. Is SR-528 included in the expected coverage?

3.) The minimum monthly hours listed on ‘EXHIBIT "B" District Five Road Rangers Service Patrol (RRSP) for Interstate 4 (I-4) and Interstate 95 (I-95) METHOD OF COMPENSATION Secfion 2.0
Compensafion; Table 1: Normal Service’ is stated as 2800. The Scope of Services which details the number of trucks, routes, and daily schedule seemingly contradicts the minimum hours of 2800.
Can you please clarify the minimum monthly hours including the details above in the Scope of services?
Answer: The total patrol hours per month will vary based on the finalized contracted hourly rate and final approved schedule. The 2800 hours referenced in “Table 1” is the monthly minimum hours that are required.
4.) Due to the complexity and details required in the submission of the Technical Proposals, can FDOT extend the submission date by at least a week or more on DOT-RFP-24-5006-RR75 & DOT-RFP-24-
5005-RRI4?
Answer: While we understand the effort required from our industry partners to prepare and respond to the Request for Proposals, based on our current schedule, we are not able to accommodate an extension to the submission date at this fime.
