About this file
This is an addendum to a competitive sealed proposal solicitation issued by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in Georgia for the Provision of an Employee Service Awards Program on a Multi-Year Contract with the Department of Human Resources. The addendum, dated December 5, 2025, clarifies key requirements regarding the service award items and program structure. Sample pins submitted by bidders must meet similar specifications to the example provided in Appendix C and demonstrate quality, though they need not be exact duplicates. The service award gift packet is to be provided as a digital-only option rather than a printed product. The quantities listed on the fee schedule on page 6 of the solicitation documents represent estimated annual quantities rather than five-year contract term totals. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on page 7 of their proposal documents.
Prospective proposers must not be listed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, which includes debarred or suspended individuals and firms. Firms on this list are prohibited from submitting offers, quotes, bids, or proposals to Gwinnett County, including automatically or electronically distributed solicitation notifications. All submissions from ineligible sources will be rejected from consideration.
