About this file

This is an Agency Agreement/Authorization form that allows a property manager to act on behalf of a property owner when leasing space to the U.S. Government. The document is an exhibit (Exhibit J) associated with a solicitation for leased retail space in Roseburg, OR for an Armed Forces Career Center.

The form requires the property owner to certify and authorize their designated agent to sign lease agreements, collect payments, handle maintenance matters, and manage all aspects of the government lease on their behalf. The document includes fields for the owner's name, property location, agent's name, owner's signature, printed name, and title. This is a standard authorization template that must be completed if a property manager, rather than the owner directly, will be handling the government lease arrangement.
