About this file
This document is Amendment No. 2 to a Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service for space to support the Customs and Border Patrol in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The amendment modifies RLP No. 3LA0267 by updating the tenant improvement requirements in Section 3.06. Specifically, the amendment removes the Tenant Improvement Turnkey Pricing approach and replaces it with a Tenant Improvement Allowance Pricing model, which provides offerors with a fixed allowance for tenant improvements rather than requiring turnkey delivery. Offerors must submit proposals conforming to the RLP requirements through Leasing.gsa.gov no later than May 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time to be considered for award. The amendment was executed on April 14, 2026, by the GSA Lease Contracting Officer.
