Accompanying this cover letter is a Request for Quote (RFQ) prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correction Institution, Dublin (FCI), CA, for the acquisition of Shower Cabinets.
This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a quote for evaluation.
When submitting your quote, the quoter should consider all information provided herein. Please carefully follow all instructions located in the solicitation package concerning content, format, and submission of quotes.
All quotations must be received on or before the deadline of December 1 2015, at 2:00 P.M.
(Pacific Time).

Please do not submit quotes to any locations other than the ones listed above. Quotes received after the deadline will be processed pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-1(f).

A.1 SPECIFICATIONS
Specifications:
Front access cabinet shower with single temp metering valve, temp/pressure balancing valve, towel hook, and recessed soap dish; such as Willoughby US-3636-FA-PML1-TMV-1.5-RD-TH1 including valve assembly to go under floor of unit; such as Willoughby “Valve Assy, Washfount 1-Station (Pneumatic) - (Brand Name or Equal).
Shower cabinet shall be fabricated from 14 gauge, type 304 stainless steel. Shower floor shall be fabricated from 11 gauge, type 304 stainless steel. The construction shall be all-welded (unitized models only, not applicable to knockdown models), exposed stainless surfaces polished to a #4 satin finish, except shower floor which shall have a non-slip gloss blast finish.
Standard equipment shall include vandal resistant shower head (NPS) mounted in a corner panel (plumbed to a top supply connection) and removable strainer drain with no-hub drain. Push button shall be mounted in a side mullion.
Drain connection shall be through removable front access cover. Fixture shall be free-standing, no anchoring required. Unit shall re-quire no chase area for installation and maintenance.
Underside of shower floor shall be sound deadened with fire resistant material.
Valve selection: PML1 – Single Temp, Pneumatic Metering; T/P – Temperature-Pressure Balancing
Flow Rates: 1.5 GPM
Shower Head Selection: NPS – Non-Adjustable Penal Shower-Head (Standard)
Options: TH1 – Release Towel Hook; RD – Recessed Soap Dish
