U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Prison Camp 110 Raby Ave.

Pensacola, Florida

Office of Contracting February 14, 2019

All Interested Parties:

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting quotes under a Request for Quote (RFQ) at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Pensacola, Florida. FPC Pensacola is seeking bids for various subsistence items.

In submitting a quote, vendors should consider all information herein. The quote submitted is what will be evaluated. Missing or incomplete data could result in the elimination of your offer. Only bid on items you can produce. Do not change or substitute any items.

All potential vendors are advised this solicitation honors clause FAR 52.212.4 (Oct.2003) for Commercial Items. This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government to be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov. Vendors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their quotes. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the SAM database prior to award by entering the potential awardees. As of January 1, 2005, all potential vendors are required to complete the annual representation and certifications electronically via the On-line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA).

We are accepting quotes from FBO on or before the deadline of Mar 13, 2019. Not all line items are awarded by this office. Potential orders below the $10,000 micro purchase threshold are forwarded to the food service department for evaluation. Food Service has complete discretion for orders under $10,000. If you have a minimum dollar amount needed for delivery, please note on quote sheet. Call the Food Service Department to schedule deliveries, 850-458-7218/7219/7317.

Fax or hand delivered quotes will NOT be accepted. Quotes received after the deadline will NOT be considered.

Cost and Price Evaluation In accordance with FAR 15.304(e), the evaluation factors other than cost/price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price; however, cost/price will contribute substantially to the selection decision.
