MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Advanced Occupational Education Program: Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Studies

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. It is anticipated a single solicitation will be issued for the provision of Advanced Occupational Education Program: Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Studies. The service will be rendered at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ray Brook, New York.

The contractor will coordinate educational activities, schedule and develop the Advanced Occupational Education Program: Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Studies (including curriculum and lesson plan development) for adult males, provide instruction, assess progress of inmates participating in the program through flow charts, and provide statistical date to the Supervisor of Education. The estimated annual requirement for services is 374 sessions per year where a session is defined as one hour. The sessions will be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., excluding Federal holidays.

The contractor must be accredited and licensed with New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), Academy of Addition Studies, and have a provider number.
