I. General Questions
Q1. Would you be available for an introductory call to review the process of selling suits?
A1: Due to our active solicitation for BSL-4 suits, we are not conducting one-on-one meetings with potential offerors. If you are interested in this opportunity and wish to submit a quote, please carefully follow the instructions and requirements outlined in the solicitation.
Q2. Can you please confirm the type of Tygon hosing, fittings, connections, and sizes you require when you state “Tygon hosing (various sizes)” in the bill of materials?
A2: Regarding the Tygon hosing, fittings, and connections, the required suits have nylon reinforced Tygon hosing which is attached to a 3/8 inch quick connect Parker air hose coupler. As for the sizes, we anticipate needing multiple sizes of suits from small to 2XL. However, there may be times where suits that provide more room for the users (i.e., medium XXL) or extra height (i.e., XXL Tall) are needed.
