Response:

All of this information is contained in the Statement of Work (SOW) and the solicitation information as posted on FBO. We suggest that the quoter thoroughly read the SOW. The licensing requirements are very specific in the SOW and it is on the quoter to provide this information in accord with the state requirements per the SOW. There will be no bidders meeting. The quoter is responsible for indicating where and how they will provide services and the materials, etc. We do not provide the facility, etc. The quoter is to also provide information regarding what will be contained in the psychological assessment. The quoter can gather more information on the requirement in the SOW under the assessment and evaluation section. As for the definition of therapeutic community, again the quoter is to explain this to the Bureau as outlined in the SOW. Please carefully review the solicitation to determine if therapeutic community treatment is a line item for which the Bureau will be contracting. Please submit a FOIA request for the current contractor’s pricing.

Please be informed that the FBOP will not accept questions seven (7) days before the solicitation closing date.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
