Additional Questions Regarding RFQ-CTS-005-18 (SOT in Salt Lake City, Utah)

Question 1: When completing the SF-1449, is it necessary to complete items 19-24 on the form? Or does

Section 2 - Commodity or Services Schedule of the RFQ-CTS-005-18 suffice as a price quote for the services. Also, when saving the SF-1449 do you only want the first two pages submitted?

Response: No it is not necessary to complete block 19-24 on the Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449). Please detail per-unit- pricing for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) in Section 2 - Commodity or Services

Schedule located on pages 4 and 5 of the solicitation.

When saving the SF-1449 on the Compact Disc (CD), please save pages 4 and 5 of the solicitation as a separate file on the CD.

Question 2: This is a follow up question on the pricing. The pricing for individual sessions states Sex

Offender Individual Counseling (6012) (48 unit per inmate for 22 inmates). In a previous response to a question you stated that 1 unit=30 minutes. If 48 units are allocated per inmate per year, that amounts to a total of 24 hours of individual counseling per year. Is that accurate? Or is 1 unit=60 minutes, amounting to 48 hours of individual counseling per year? The same question would apply to group therapy.

Response: That is correct. The Bureau is estimating a total of 24 hours of individual counseling per inmate per year. In addition, The Bureau is also estimating a total of 36 hours of group counseling per inmate per year.
