Question 1 for RFQ-CTS-002-18 Question: How do we incorporate indirect/overhead costs and facility expenses? (Do these expenses go in the commercial section of the proposal?) Secondly, we have state government contracts. Given the choices to indicate on our contracts between commercial and government, do we choose Government for our State contracts?
Response: Determining how to incorporate indirect/overhead costs and facility expenses is completely up to you. We cannot tell you how to incorporate indirect/overhead costs and facility expenses. This is part of the quotation development process. We also cannot discuss price or cost. This is a lowest price technically acceptable quotation based on go or no go. There are no negotiations. However, we can ask for clarifications in regard to your quotation if needed. Additionally, it is also up to you on which contracts to reference within your quotation submission.
