About this file

This document is an acknowledgment related to Idaho House Bill 220, which is required to be signed by a contractor for an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare contract opportunity for short-term radon air test kits. The acknowledgment requires the contractor to disclose if they or an affiliate are an abortion provider and if they will use state facilities or public funds to provide, perform, participate in, promote, assist, or train for abortion-related activities, unless they are exempt under the Act. The contract opportunity is being issued by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Bureau of Community and Environmental Health, and is seeking quotes for the provision of short-term radon air test kits.

The document does not provide additional details on the contract opportunity, such as quantities, response dates, award dates, contract terms, pricing, or funding sources. It focuses solely on the acknowledgment requirements related to abortion-related activities under Idaho House Bill 220.
