About this file

This document is a Contract Discrepancy Notice issued by the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) for a contract related to Enclosed Trailers. The notice identifies discrepancies found by ITD while monitoring the contractor's performance and outlines the required corrective actions. It provides a template for the contractor to describe their resolution plan and the anticipated resolution date. The ITD contract monitor will then indicate whether the resolution is accepted, partially accepted, or rejected, and provide a follow-up date. The document also includes a section for ITD to identify observations that may lead to future discrepancies, though no response is required from the contractor for these observations.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for Enclosed Trailers, issued by the state of Idaho. The contract details, such as quantities, response dates, and contract term, are not provided in the document.
