1. Services Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Support Assistant but have a question on the hours. It says the contract is for 6 months but also states that each position is 1920 hours, which is full time for a year.
a) Is this mean to be 2 certified nursing assistants and 2 medical support assistants collectively doing 1920 hours a year?
Answer: This was for 2 each CNA’s and 2 each MSA’s (each with 960 hours) x 2 equals the 1920 hours in 6 months)
Certified Nurse Assistant: 40 hours per week x 4 weeks/month x 6 months = 960 hours / CNA x 2 CNAs = 1,920 hours

The synopsis on SAM says so, however the RFQ does not include any instructions to offerors.
Answer: The synopsis is a combined solicitation, there for the instructions are in the RFQ-23-076 solicitation announcement in SAM.gov.
8. Will the gov't please waive the requirement to provide the OF-306 with the submissions?
Answer: No.
9. Based upon the SOW, the gov't states an employee can work 80-84 hours per week, however, the pricing requirements state no overtime. Please advise if the gov't is open to changing this based on federal and state overtime laws.
Answer: See the attachment in SAM.gov: Professional Staff Service Solicitation Attachment: page 3 “SOW” and page 10, “Bid Schedule”:
SOW – states 80-84 hours in a two-week period, not per week.
Bid Schedule – states- This was for 2 each CNA’s and 2 each MSA’s (each with 960 hours) x 2 equals the 1920 hours in 6 months).
Certified Nurse Assistant: 40 hours per week x 4 weeks/month x 6 months = 960 hours / CNA x 2 CNAs = 1,920 hours Medical Support Assistant: 40 hours per week x 4 weeks/month x 6 months = 960 hours / MSA x 2 MSAs = 1,920 hours
At this time there is not overtime schedule. The SOW is identified for shifts that consist of 8–12-hour days. The All-Inclusive Cost per hour needs to identify the possible overtime, differential pay and holiday hours.
