About this file
This document is an Attachment to Request for Quotation (RFQ183) issued by the Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) for the purchase and delivery of an Aluminum 20-foot Boat and Trailer. The RFQ outlines the minimum specifications for the boat, including brand, hull size and weight, capacity, beam width, materials, features, and components such as the console, outboard motor, and trailer. The RFQ provides detailed requirements for the boat and trailer, and specifies the delivery location and acceptance process. Bidders must submit their responses electronically via the IPRO system or by email, and the award will be made to the best interest of the state on an all-or-none basis.
The RFQ also includes the State of Idaho's standard contract terms and conditions, as well as specific warranty, invoicing, and payment requirements. The contract will be established through the issuance of a Purchase Order, and the successful bidder will be responsible for titling the boat and trailer. The RFQ does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources, but does state that the brand names listed are descriptive, not restrictive, and the bidder may offer an "equal" product that meets the requirements.
