About this file

This document is an Attachment to an RFQ (Request for Quotes) issued by the Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) for the purchase of Docks and Gangways. The RFQ specifies the required specifications for T-configuration and I-configuration docks and gangways, including details on the truss frames, dock-to-dock connections, gangway connections, floats, transition plates, handrails, and wood decking. The RFQ includes details on the required submittals, delivery, acceptance, warranty, invoicing and payments, and remedial actions. Responses to the RFQ must be submitted electronically via IPRO or by email by the established deadline. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible vendor in the best interest of the State of Idaho.

The RFQ provides specific brand name requirements and allows for offers of "equal" products, subject to IDFG's approval. The contract will be in the form of a Purchase Order issued from the State's eProcurement system, which will incorporate the RFQ, the successful quote, and any agreed-upon contract requirements. The contract includes provisions for termination for cause, fiscal necessity, and convenience.
