QUESTIONS ON RFQ-0002922

AUDION VISUAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

1. Serial numbers for equipment list to access the current warranty state

2. Section 2.3.4 Repairs and Replacements/ The contractor shall perform all controller programming changes and testing required as a result of replacing equipment.

3. Government needs to supply uncompiled/ editable code AMX in order for the contract to support this?

4. Invoice information indicate Task Order number, government pricing example doesn’t specific onsite and quarterly PM separately.

5. Is the government assuming 12 monthly visit to include both onsite and quarterly PM

6. I was hoping to learn if there is an incumbent contract/contractor currently fulfilling these services? If so, would it be possible to get the contract number, duration and value?

7. 2.1.5 indicates that there may be warranties on existing equipment. What items are covered under manufacturers' warranties?

8. 2.3 The Scope of Work indicates that the Contractor is responsible to keep the systems and equipment in proper working order. Upon failure of a piece of equipment that cannot be remedied through on-site maintenance, who will bear the burden of the price of factory repair/replacement, shipping, and installation labor?

9. 2.3 Will the Government provide a report of current operating condition of the systems, ie. what is working, what is marginal, what what is in a failure state?

10. 2.3.2 indicates that the contractor's personnel must always be escorted by FBI personnel. However, 2.3.15 seems to indicate that contractor personnel may be able to obtain unescorted access through the process of SF86/eQuip. Can Contractor personnel who are regularly and often at the FBI facility obtain unescorted access permission?

11. 2.3.11 Is there an incumbent contractor on this project, or is it a new requirement? If there is an incumbent, who is the incumbent?

12. 2.3.4 and 2.3.5 The contractor is responsible to perform all controller programming changes... Will the Government provide the source code files for all existing controller programming that may require changes?

13. 2.3 Scope of Work - Will the government provide to the contractor current drawings (function/line riser/as-built drawings) detailing the systems design?

14. Does the Government have any spare equipment to replace items that may fail? (Specifically, but not limited to, additional displays for the video wall. Note that the current model display MX550HDX-L 2nd Gen display is no longer in production, and has been replaced by the MX55X 3rd Gen display.)
