*Contractor is to furnish all tools, parts, labor, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide the items/services listed.

*Additional Instructions:

1. If quoting on an alternate product, please include all specifications in the quotation.

2. Award will be made based on best value to the Government, considering price.

3. Vendors shall be required to provide a warranty upon award; an electronic copy is preferred.

NOTE: This award is being treated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

There will be one site visit for this project!

Site visit will take place on 12 April 2012 at 1:00pm EST.

We will meet for the site visit at the 436 th

Contracting Squadron located at:

639 Atlantic St.

Dover, DE 19901

When you arrive, please go up the stairs and meet in the Teague Conference Room on the 2 nd floor, Rm. 236 where you will sign in. From there, we will take you to the site.

If you need access to the base during this time, please contact SSgt Forrest Bradley or Ms.

Pamela Alston. The deadline for these base access requests is 9 April 2012 at 1300 EST.

When asking for base access, please provide the following information:

Full name of visitor

Date of Birth

Drivers License number with state of issue

Full Social Security Number

If you do not provide this information, you will not be granted base access!

Any questions after the Site Visit are due on the 13 th of April. Please submit them to

Forrest.Bradley@us.af.mil. This is so I have time to get them answered before the due date of the RFQ.
