About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi (MSNB) seeking vendors to reconfigure the Case Administration area on the first floor of the Thad Cochran U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse. The project involves two primary phases: Phase I requires disassembling and removing 11 existing workstations, with components to be relocated on-site, and Phase II involves procuring and installing 8 new cubicle workstations with specific requirements, including Haworth 48" monolithic panels with 16" glazed acrylic toppers and National Arrowood desks with specific dimensions and finishes.

The RFQ specifies a proposal due date of Monday, August 11, 2025, at 4 p.m. CDT, with vendor selection based on product compatibility, reliability, quality of service, and lowest technically acceptable price. An award is expected by August 12, 2025. Vendors must submit detailed, itemized price quotes with separate line items for products, services, and labor. The Court reserves multiple rights, including rejecting any responses, requesting clarifications, and canceling the RFQ. Vendors are advised that all furniture must be new, and they should clearly indicate warranty periods, with a requirement to respond to any defect reports within 30 calendar days.
